Even though she is very busy, she was generally easy to get a hold of. Her assistant, Krista is also very knowledgeable and can often answer some questions for you so you don't have to wait for Jamie to respond. Divorce is a painful thing to go through, but Jamie and Krista are very laid back and you'll be dealing with real, down to earth people rather than feel like you're getting milked for every penny you have by our court system. Don't get me wrong, she's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If I ever get divorced again I'll definitely call Jamie.

I'm sure this woman has seen and fought her fair share of strange situations with clients (mine included) and with such empathy! I had an odd custody situation and she helped me see things in a totally new light (I'm not a Texas native) and got through! I wish more were like her. Some will judge you and you have to question if they are even on your side, with Ms. Davis, I had not one doubt. She's hard working and tenacious.

    My husband was injured in two car accidents within a short period of time. Both accidents re-injured a preexisting back problem. We called several other attorney's including one who was a friend. All told us that it was too complicated due to the multiple accidents and the existing injury.     I recently retired after 27 years as a personal injury, litigation manager & claims manager. During my career I handled thousands of cases with serval different attorneys in Houston & thoughout Texas. In June, 2013 a Doctor performed a simple back surgery procedure on me. What was suppose to be a day surgery turned out to be serveral emergency surgeries, and over a month in the hospital. I was giving a 2% chance of survival.
